Problem Statement:
Intelligent gate drivers, controlling ‘gate current’ of power electronic switches in 2-12 convertor
configuration needs to be integrated with main microprocessor running classic AUTOSAR framework
What we did?
A team of 4+ engineers were involved in the project in various degrees of contributionus,
designed the CDD for the Gate controllers and integrated it to the autosar framework
Complex CDD framework to handle 2-12 power electronic switches connected to Gate controllers in daisy chain, parallel SPI configuration developed
4 configurations implemented for SW – Autosar with, without OS, Non Autosar with and without OS
Problem Statement:
Provide position and orientation estimates of the ego vehicle to the ADAS system
Provide position and orientation estimates of the ego vehicle to the cloud for vehicle tracking in the event of vehicle theft
Integrate individual services with ARA::EXE main execution manager and hook it with ARA::SM
Integrate VSOME/IP to the protocol stack and ARA::COM layer
Solution:
provided an application that made use of ARA::COM
Completely designed & configured SOME IP & IPC service
Fault Tolerant Design – Fault isolation by process abstraction
Middleware portion could be swapped out with any Adaptive Autosar or non Autosar paradigm, thanks to the abstract glue logic developed
Problem Statement:
A zonal gateway ECU needed a modular swift communication framework for any signal-based protocol to ethernet based
Zonal gateway, powered by NXP S32 G2, with Three lock-step M7 and quad A53 cores
Minimal overhead and data integrity were 2 essential features of the design
Solution:
Minimal overload Hypervisor style solution using IPCF
Interface legacy systems with zonal Architectures
Subtle usage of std::atomic applied to individual elements of ring buffer reduced the overall lock time ensuring data integrity
Established a basic communication framework for customer ensuring smooth migration from classic to zonal architectures
